Attending

Attentive is the vassal who
Would give his time and thoughts to do
What any vassal should
Kneel and pray that his love grew

If the attending vassal stood
'Twould only be for His Lord's good
'Twould be for glory willed
As much as what the vassal could

While the vassal kneels he's filled
With adoration so much that's stilled
His heart that is made new
For with his liege he has been killed
