Such a terrible thing boredom
Such a killjoy of tiny smiles
But a mass killjoy it remains
Removing glee in massive piles
Removing the ability to be sincere
In even the simplest of smiles
Single straws that break a camel's back
Weighing down for miles and miles
Hiding from us the joy of a flower
Because it wasn't one of the new styles
Taking with it that bit of color
That would a child his smiles
Such a terrible thing boredom
In its ironic singleton of styles
God bless,
