A lovely path is righteousness
Kindness abounds with patience
Yet there is maliciousness
Souls that seek to wreck the fence
That separate life from death
Joy from hate, and love from scorn
Shakes patience with a wrathful breath
And kindness's hold of mercy shorn
But a humble righteousness will leave
Judgement for the Lord to sieve
While maintaining mercy's call
Warning of the unjust's fall
