A musing rhyme

I wonder if what can be true
Is true for me as it is for you
When I see blue, do you see it too?

When green is washing over all
From short bush to tree so tall
Is a springtime's green seen by all?

And what about red, is it the same
From traffic light to the lips of a dame
Or do you see red by a different name?

Perhaps what you do see
Is not the same as it is for me
Yet still exists objectively

With their wives they go a dancing

Squigglin' squabblin' squeezin' square

Come tap your toes if you so dare

And mixin' with that meddlin' music

Praise the Lord with glorious prayer

Sincerely to ask what is everywhere,
Yet not a single drop to drink?
A common compound from the air
Refusing within ground to sink
Stillness of mirror to baleful stare
A flooding of thoughts to think

A musing rhyme

I wandered away from home and still I will
Keep wandering on and on away, away
Climbing up the mountains high and maybe a hill
I’m seeking adventure and dreams today, I pray
Hope hasn’t escaped me, but I’ve escaped it, to wit
My heart is seeking out love, that of myth forthwith
Of flames climbing higher so my eyes be well lit
Yes, living and loving that is my pith
And Beauty, my soul soars with your song, sings along
And Truth, the fighter within my mind, I find
A blazing of glory that shines as the day’s long
And journey companions of spiritually like kind
Must I endure drudgery of fools? of tools?
Who noisily are stuck then break all rules?
