Is there a need for any thought
That veers a soul from what one ought?
Is it useful to have a mind
If evils it seeks the flesh to find?
Would that my heart instead would cry
Out the Truth and prophesy
His Spirit of love for you and I
Rather than a banal worldly lie
Thus bless me Lord with humility
