Can a soul be called inadequate?
With a difference as great as a pit bull
Compared to the gravitational constant?
Greater still the difference from me
To the realm of heaven, to thee
"No longer slave, but friend," thy call
To a clod of dirt who does thy will
Raised up from under the fall
Graced to stand in thy presence, still
