Conversion of St. Paul

This is Jesus, believe it
throw down your sword and leave it.
I throw you to the ground,
make a sound, make a sound
and call me. Follow me,
get down and die and be me.
I hear you've been around,
that's why you're on the ground. And we sing:

CHORUS
Our Father, who art in heaven
Hallowed be thy name
Pour into my heart your bread unleavened
Make me never the same.

I saw you,
I called you,
the blood of man now screams
it streams,
from your blade and your hate and your fear,
that's why the blind don't see, just so we are all clear.
And Stephen was leavin' and I heard his prayer,
no despair, no despair, no despair, no despair,
and in darkness I leave you in his care. with this song:

Our Father, who art in heaven
Hallowed be thy name
Pour into my heart your bread unleavened
Make me never the same.

As I walked and I talked, so now you will as well.
To the jews and the gents your heart with love will swell,
cause you've hurt me you'll be in pain
that's your shame
and your boasting pride
that you will never hide.
Your heart will now love all,
brother Paul, brother Paul and you will sing to all.

Our Father, who art in heaven
Hallowed be thy name
Pour into my heart your bread unleavened
Make me never the same.

This was fun, if I could rap or write music I might record it through garageband. Then I'd hear my voice and not ever publish it.

God bless,
