O, Lord, a door just slammed
A path no longer freed
My view has panned
For a way that meets my need
O, Lord, my heart is pained
My investment has been lost
My confidence drained
Yet with grace my anger is tossed
My Lord, I thank thee
For allowing me to fail
Strength and courage grant me
In choosing another trail
